The course will begin defining the supervisory process and move into the cultural dimensions that impact the supervisee-supervisor relationship and process. Topics will address the historical\, practical\, ethical\, and cultural aspects of supervisory work. The course format is lecture\, case review\, reading and experiential small group activities.
