This lecture and DBT skills class demonstration is, at the request of our BBL group, a follow-up to Dr. Miller’s Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Psychodynamic Practice: A Therapeutic Alliance presentation in September 2025. For November, she will give a brief review of key components of DBT and the structure of a skills group. The focus will then be on Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation. She will demonstrate this process through running a mini-group demo in her presentation.
