A branch campus of the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis in Livingston, NJ (BGSP-NJ), in partnership with the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis (ACAP), offers graduate, post-graduate, certificate and Continuing Education classes in Psychodynamic Studies and Mental Health Counseling on our Livingston, NJ campus and through distance learning.

ACAP has been continuously, nationally accredited by ABAP, the American Board for Accreditation in Psychoanalysis, since 1990.

BGSP-NJ, The Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE, by the US Department of Education (USDOE)).

The BGSP-NJ curriculum is accepted by the New Jersey Professional Counselor Examiners Committee.

Distance Learning

At ACAP, long distance learning is a method of participation in courses, classes, and supervision offered locally for individuals whose distance from the center would otherwise preclude them from training. Long distance learning has been offered at ACAP since 1995.  Current enrollees are in the U. S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.
