Please submit your advisement form to the office with your Fieldwork section selection, along with your Small Group Supervision choices. Final placement in Fieldwork and SGS sections is based on availability and is determined at the discretion of the Registrar’s Office.

* Please note: Former Level A is now titled PreCandidacy Level and Former Level B is now titled Candidacy Level 4
